1. ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

1.1 What destinations do you ship to?

We ship express to almost the entire metropolitan area (Cartago, Heredia, Alajuela and San José). We deliver non-fresh products to the entire country by mail (including Limón, Guanacaste, Puntarenas).

1.2 Do you have a physical store to be able to buy or collect directly?

We are an exclusive e-commerce. Unfortunately, we do not have physical stores to visit or collect our products. However, we offer delivery throughout Costa Rica starting at $9.

1.3 How long does it take to deliver?

  • Our gifts are delivered during daylight hours, with a delivery range available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Despite this, we cannot offer a gift delivery service at a specific or approximate time. Hire our services! We will keep you informed throughout the shipping and delivery process!
  • For out-of-town shipments, delivery time may vary between 2-4 business days, depending on location, and will be scheduled to arrive on the selected date. Please note that we cannot guarantee deliveries on specific dates or times in these areas. Shipping times are subject to the shipping company's policies.

2. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

1 How long do strawberry arrangements last once received?

For fresh or highly perishable products, it is recommended to consume them immediately or on the same day of delivery. Otherwise, it is suggested to refrigerate them for a maximum of 24 hours. UGB® is not responsible for the products after their delivery and receipt by the recipient, and no claims will be accepted once this has occurred, including products sent by Correos de Costa Rica.

2 Can I make any changes to the gifts?

3 Can I add a gift to the arrangement?

We do not offer transportation of details that are not prepared by Saboreandocr®

4 Are there gifts for Diabetics or people on a Diet?

We have healthy options for people on a diet or with diabetes. or you can ask us about the possibility of putting together a box for another type of diet such as Keto, etc.

5 Gift Cards

Yes, Saboreandocr® offers you from $60usd, they must be used in their entirety (Credit, cash back, or cash exchange does not apply).

3. HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via credit cards, debit cards and PayPal (PayPal exchange rates and fees will apply). We also accept offline payments by bank transfer, Sinpe Móvil and bank deposit. We accept all cards, including AMEX and CREDIX. Payments must be made in advance, and we do not accept cash.

3.1 Purchase points

You can make your purchases and payments easily through our website, WhatsApp and Messenger. We have secure systems so you can make your payment through your preferred method.

Please note that an additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is not the Costa Rican colón.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the conditions of service or presents offensive behavior, UGB® reserves the right to deny the service, which could lead to a return process.
  • If you decide not to receive the service and notify at least 2 business days in advance of the delivery date (this does not apply to special dates or for corporate details), and the product has not been prepared, the return will be processed.
  • In the event that our company makes a typographical or verbal error regarding the amount of a product, the customer must pay the corresponding difference. Otherwise, UGb may decide not to provide the service, even if the client has already made the payment, and will proceed with the refund within the established period.
  • Any refund processed by credit card incurs bank commission costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • UGB is not responsible for gifts sent by Correos de Costa Rica. In case of loss of the package, the resolution and refund time will comply with the policies of Correos de Costa Rica, which could take up to 3 months.
  • The refund or return process will be carried out within 24 business hours, plus the time it takes for the bank to process the transaction, except when products are sent by Correos de Costa Rica, where the process may take up to 3 months. .
  • No refund applies if the gift has already been prepared.
