Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, selected gift, availability, local partner schedules, holidays, and other local conditions.
Most deliveries are completed within the estimated timeframe provided during the ordering process.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery hour. Deliveries are completed according to the schedules and procedures of our local delivery partners.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
To ensure a successful delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s full name, address, phone number, and any additional instructions required for the destination.
Universal Gift Baskets cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided at the time of purchase.
If additional information is required to complete the delivery, our team may contact the customer or recipient to verify the details before proceeding.
Recipient Availability and Delivery Coordination
In some cases, our local delivery partners may need to contact the recipient to coordinate delivery or confirm availability.
Customers are responsible for providing valid recipient contact information. If the recipient cannot be reached or does not respond to delivery attempts, delivery may be delayed until the necessary information is confirmed.
Universal Gift Baskets cannot guarantee delivery without recipient cooperation when confirmation, access instructions, or additional details are required.
Refund requests resulting from incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or lack of response from the recipient will be evaluated according to the circumstances of each order and our policies.
Delivery Locations
We can coordinate deliveries to residential addresses, offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other approved locations depending on the destination.
For deliveries to businesses, hotels, hospitals, or other facilities, the gift may be received by reception, security, mailroom staff, or another authorized person responsible for accepting deliveries.
Once the gift has been delivered successfully to the designated location, Universal Gift Baskets cannot be responsible for internal handling, storage, or circumstances occurring after acceptance by the facility.
Calling the Recipient Before Delivery
When delivery is completed by local couriers or florists, they may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery when necessary.
However, when deliveries are handled by third-party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other transportation providers, a preliminary call to the recipient cannot always be guaranteed, as these companies follow their own delivery procedures.
Multiple Gifts and Multiple Recipients
When ordering multiple gifts, each gift may be prepared and delivered individually depending on the destination, product availability, and local partner assigned to the order.
For this reason, multiple gifts sent to the same address or different recipients may arrive separately and at different times.
For corporate orders with multiple recipients, our team will coordinate the best delivery solution based on the countries, quantities, and requirements of the order.
Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, recipient unavailability, restricted access, or any circumstance outside our control, additional delivery charges may apply for a new delivery attempt or address change.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including a valid address and reachable phone number, to help ensure a successful delivery.
Substitutions and Packaging

Due to differences in local availability, seasons, holidays, and supplier inventory, certain items may occasionally need to be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.
